I really enjoyed today surf adventure although I was semi-parnoid about stepping on sea urchins. 

I'm knackered and ready to go to bed. Can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.

I'm not sure what's the traditional story behind Moon Festival but I do know we light up chinese lanterns, enjoy moon cakes (sweet lotus seed paste with salted egg) and eat traditional cantonese dishes cooked by mum/aunties/grandmas.

The finale of Season 3 True Blood was kinda disappointing and boring, sigh. 

Whereas, the finale of Season 7 Entourage was surprisingly entertaining and WTF shocking.

Oh well, Weeds will definitely keep me entertained for the time been till Gossip Girl and 30 Rock are back on the air.

Saturday Beach

I'm seriously regretting not finishing off my assignment during the week now, the warm blue Saturday should have been spent on the beach instead on my balcony typing up the mountain of overdue assignments.

Saw Cloud Control last night and they sound pretty fricken awesome live (i think the big bouncy balloons being tossed around by the crowd made the gig extra fun to watch). 

Must listen tracks include 'Buffalo Country' and 'There's nothing in the water we can't fight'.

 Cloud Control are a Sydney indie rock band and best to listen to on a Sunday afternoon.
