One of the many special desserts during the Sydney food festival. 

The following dessert is called Black Sesame Blancmange with Umeshu marinated Forest Berries (aka Black Sesame pudding) from Ocean Room. 

It's visually interesting to look at the contrast in colours between the grey consistent pudding, red soak berries and randomly spread black sesames.
